The U.S. exported 139.02 million gallons of ethanol and 986,337 metric tons of distillers grains in February, according to data released by the USDA Foreign Agricultural Service on April 4. Exports of both products were up when compared to February 2023.The 139.02 million gallons of ethanol exported in February was down slightly when compared to the 149.97 million gallons of ethanol exported the previous month, but up significantly when compared to the 104.03 million gallons of ethanol exported in February 2023.The U.S. exported ethanol to more than 40 countries in February. Canada was the top destination for U.S. ethanol exports during the month at 47.87 million gallons, followed by the U.K. at 21.2 million gallons and Colombia at 15 million gallons.&nbsp;The value of U.S. ethanol exports was at $309.11 million in February, down from $338.54 million in January, but up from $288.43 million in February of the previous year.&nbsp;Total ethanol exports for the first two months of 2024 reached 288.99 million gallons at a value of $647.65 million, compared to 221.85 million gallons exported during the same period of 2023 at a value of $614.07 million.The 986,337 metric tons of distillers grain exported in February was up when compared to both the 902,376 metric tons exported in January and the 764,494 metric tons exported in February 2023.&nbsp;The U.S. exported distillers grains to more than 40 countries in February. Mexico was the top destination for U.S. distillers grains exports at 259,658 metric tons, followed by South Korea at 132,457 metric tons and Indonesia at 86,304 metric tons.&nbsp;The value of U.S. distillers grains exports reached $281.51 million in February, up from $254.78 million the previous month and $252.82 million in February of the previous year.&nbsp;Total U.S. distillers grains exports for the first two months of 2024 reached 1.89 million metric tons at a value of $536.28 million, compared to 1.53 million metric tons exported during the same period of last year at a value of $505.65 million.&nbsp;Additional data is available on the USDA FAS&nbsp;<a href="https://apps.fas.usda.gov/Gats/default.aspx">website</a>.&nbsp;&nbsp;
