The Indiana Corn Marketing Council, the Indiana Soybean Alliance and the Indianapolis Colts have teamed up to promote biofuels. The new partnership, known as Hoosier Horsepower, aims to educate Indiana citizens on the benefits of biofuels. Colts tight end Dallas Clark will serve as the program's spokesman.

The Hoosier Horsepower program will include educational components designed for elementary, middle school and high school students. Students participating in the program will have the opportunity to win prizes, including scholarships and a classroom visit from the Colt's mascot, Blue. As part of the program, for each catch Clark makes during the season, the Colts will donate $100 on behalf of Indiana corn and soybean farmers to the program's scholarship fund.
