GreenShift Corp. and Marquis Energy LLC have partnered, allowing the Hennepin, Ill., plant to use GreenShift's patented oil extraction technology. GreenShift will provide Marquis with technical support, yield optimization and corn oil marketing services with the intent to maximize the performance of the corn oil technology.

"We are confident that the license with GreenShift is a win-win for both companies," said Mark Marquis, president and general manager of Marquis Energy. "The financial structure provides natural incentives for both Marquis Energy and GreenShift as we each gain from increased performance, yield and product value. GreenShift invented and patented its corn oil extraction processes, and the superior process knowledge and technical expertise of GreenShift's team is clear. In only a few weeks, GreenShift was able to review our currently installed equipment and implement a technical plant that included a series of adjustments to systematically improve the reliability and production of our existing extraction system," Marquis said. He added, "Current results indicate that GreenShift has more than doubled our oil yields. We believe that we will make more money with GreenShift than without."

"We could not be more pleased to earn Marquis' business and we are committed to deliver the level of excellence and value that Marquis expects," said David Winsness, chief technology officer for GreenShift.

A technical services staff from GreenShift is available at 888-ETHANOIL to answer any questions regarding quotation requests or the corn oil extraction technology.
