Max, an Alfa Laval maintenance manager, partnered with Tom, who had established a successful dewatering business since 1987. Together, they combined their industry knowledge, driving the company's remarkable growth. ​ In 2011, Sentrimax expanded its operations to Mansfield, Texas, placing its trust in Jeff Johannson, a key figure in the organization since 2007, to spearhead the U.S. division. Jeff's unparalleled expertise, characterized by meticulous attention to detail and streamlined processes, has been instrumental in propelling the company to success. His unwavering commitment to equitable leadership, coupled with his ability to assemble and guide a proficient team, has solidified the Mansfield location as a paragon of reliable, top-tier workmanship. ​ Following Max's passing in 2014, Tom Maxwell initiated a corporate overhaul, emphasizing improved quality and transparency. In late 2014, Tim Maxwell became the General Manager of Sentrimax's Canadian facility, bringing with him a commitment to providing clients with exceptional services and products. A pivotal figure in the implementation of the ISO 9001:2008 quality assurance program, Tim ensured its successful implementation across both the Edmonton and Mansfield branches, and continues to oversee this crucial aspect of operations. He places a strong emphasis on cultivating a team-oriented environment, with the goal of not only improving the organization but also creating positive and lasting experiences for everyone involved. Tim's dedication to continuous personal and professional growth is evident in the thriving culture he has helped foster at the Edmonton branch. ​ In 2015, Sentrimax had the good fortune of acquiring Jessy Beaudoin, a professional steeped in manufacturing and engineering knowledge. As Production Manager, Jessy revolutionized efficiency, propelling the growth of the Engineering and R&D department.
